Mindfulness Therapy uses a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Based Therapy (SBT) to help support clients mental health and well-being.

Our subconscious mind stores our beliefs, values and memories, shaping how we perceive and interact with the world. It's where automatic actions, habits and learned responses reside.
Our founder/therapist Ms Karla Wilson helps her clients to recognise limiting beliefs, identify maldaptive thoughts, feelings and behaviour and live a life aligned with their values.

Mindfulness Therapy was created by our founder Ms Karla Wilson. She is a qualified psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Counselling and Diploma of Counselling, who majored in 'Working with Clients with Addiction' and 'Mindfulness Counselling'. Karla has experienced her own journey of healing and awakening to her inner power, and is passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults become the highest version of themselves. Karla is a Level 2 qualified, registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. She uses the Biopsychosocial Model to help identify the interconnection between the biology, psychology and socio-environmental factors that impact the life of an individual.
