Mindfulness Therapy was founded by Ms Karla Wilson, an independent, self-made woman who turned her own healing journey into a pathway for empowering others. With a background in counselling and years of personal growth, emotional mastery, and inner work, she helps support clients in elevating their confidence, transforming limiting beliefs, and stepping into their highest identity. This practice is built on clairity, resilience, and belief.
