What is Mindfulness Therapy?
Mindfulness Therapy intergrates talk-based therapy with mindful awareness techniques, helping you to manage your thoughts, emotions and physical responses with greater clarity and compassion. Through deep listening, grounding practices, and a focus on the present moment, you'll learn how to shift from suvival mode into a state of calm, clarity and confidence.
Every person's healing journey is unique, and so is my approach.
I blend evidence-based therapy with trauma-informed mindfulness, working with the subconscious mind to gently shift the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck. Some of the modalities I use include:

Hi, my name is Karla. I'm a degree qualified therapist, empowerment coach, and a woman who knows what it takes to rebuild herself from the ground up.
I created Mindfulness Therapy for women to feel deeply seen, heard and empowered. My work is grounded in compassion, honesty and the belief that healing doesn't mean "fixing" yourself, it means coming back to the truth of who you are.
I built my own empire from the ground up, and every chapter of my life has been a choice to rise, rather than retreat. I know what it's like to feel underestimated, dismissed or even disrespected, and I also know the quiet power that comes from deciding to never settle. I'm here for the woman who's done playing small. The woman who's rising from heartbreak, trauma, or burnout and is ready to reclaim her softness and her strength. The woman building something sacred, a business, a new identity, a peaceful home or a brand new era.
