Mindfulness Therapy was created by our founder/therapist Ms Karla Wilson. She is a qualified psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Counselling and Diploma of Counselling, who majored in Addiction and Mindfulness Counselling. Karla believes in living a holistic lifestyle using meditation, journaling, exercising in nature and mindfulness techniques to help support her own health and well-being. Karla uses the Biopsychosocial Model to help identify the interconnection between the biology, psychology and socio-environmental factors that impact the life of an individual.
